Menu Three – $36.00 per person

Tequila and lime giant tiger prawns

Fillet of beef on rosemary skewers with a béarnaise sauce

Rack of lamb rubbed in olive oil and garlic

Orange and pistachio wild rice salad

Red cabbage coleslaw

Avocado, tomato and basil salad

Rocket and parmesan salad with lemon dressing

Hazelnut meringue gateaux filled with raspberry and vanilla cream

 

 

Special items

 

Whole salmon stuffed with herbs and lemon.  Wrapped in foil ready to bake on the BBQ

Leg of lamb boned and marinated in Indian spices with yoghurt. Flattened, ready to roast on the BBQ
