Deli Platter  

Selection of hams, pastramis, salamis, rare roast beef, chicken nibbles and continental sausages

all accompanied with chutneys, mustards and breads.  

(Minimum of 10 persons – $10.00 per person)

  

Antipasto platter

Selection of salamis, cold meats, continental sausages, pates, dips, marinated vegetables, roasted vegetables, pickles, and cheeses

all accompanied with tortillas, crostinis and breads.  

(Minimum of 10 persons – $9.50 per person) (Vegetarian option available)

  

Crostini platter: all cold

Chef’s choice of 3 crostinis per person. Samples are:

Coronation chicken, roast beef with horseradish sour cream, herb cream cheese with roasted peppers, blue cheese and pear,

fresh tomato, red onion and feta drizzled with olive oil, chicken liver pate with olives, pork terrine with chutney,

 Parma ham with Mediterranean chutney. 

(Minimum of 15 persons – $5.00 per person)

 

Finger food platter : all cold

Chef’s choice of items with 3 per person, samples are:

Spannicotta filo cups filled with spinach, feta and pinenuts, Roasted vegetable frittata topped with humus, smoked chicken with oriental vegetable in rice paper,

crostini topped with coronation chicken, vegetable and potato, leek and gruyere cheese bakes.

 (Minimum of 10 persons – $8.00 per person)

  

Dips and bits

Variety of 3 dips with crudities, Crostinis and tortilla chips.

(Minimum of 20 persons – $4.50 per person)

 

Pates and Terrines

Chef choice of 2 pates and a terrine from a selection of:

Chicken liver pate, mackerel pate, pork with apple and sour cream, herb and cream cheese pate, smoked salmon pate. Terrine of lamb with baby leeks,

course country pork terrine and beef with mushroom terrine. All served with crusty breads.

(Minimum of 10 persons – $6.50 per person)

 

Selection of crusty breads

Variety of Focaccia, ciabatta, sour dough, wholemeal, French breads. Accompanied with butter or oils with balsamic vinegar.

(Minimum of 20 persons – $2.00 per person)

  

Canapé platter: all cold

Selection of 4 items per person with chef’s choice, samples are:

Parmesan risotto balls stuffed with feta and coated in polenta, rosemary and almond biscotti with semi roasted tomatoes, olive paste and goats cheese,

wonton cups with prawns and fennel in a sour cream dressing, crepe pinwheels with herb cream cheese and roast beef,

herb piklets with smoked chicken and cranberries, oatcakes with walnuts, pear and blue cheese.

(Minimum of 10 persons – $10.00 per person)

  

Cheese platter

We can offer you a selection of

New Zealand cheeses: from Kikorangi, brie and cheddar

Or

French cheeses from Le Marche Francais: Roquefort, country brie and Tomme de chevre (semi hard goat’s cheese)   

All served with homemade crackers, dried fruits and nuts

(Minimum of 10 persons – $7.00 per person)

(Fresh fruit added incurs $2.50 excess)
